Bio

Gavin V. Harding, MA, LSSBB is the Managing Director of  Magill, Inc. A former CEO with extensive experience initiating and leading change.  Born and educated in Ireland, he began his career with the Irish Trade Board, now IDA Ireland, a government department supporting Irish exporters.  Subsequently, as a consultant, he worked in the United Kingdom, France, Belgium, and the Netherlands with clients ranging from industrial manufacturers to food processors.  Consulting engagements focused on strategic planning and export strategy. In addition, he delivered sales, strategy, and planning training to start up businesses in Ireland.

Since moving to the United States Gavin has held a number of executive roles in banking and financial services, with a particular emphasis on enterprise development (small business engagement), planning and strategy.

Gavin spends most of his time working with clients to develop and implement strategic plans centered on initiating efficient, effective change.  His fascination with change led to him gaining a Black Belt in Lean Six Sigma and pursuing a Doctorate in Business Administration from the University of Liverpool in the United Kingdom.

With a passion for education and personal development, Gavin has developed and delivered programs on business planning, sales, relationship management and risk management, to thousands of participants in both the United States and Europe.

Magill works with clients to develop and implement strategic plans centered on initiating efficient, effective, sustainable change.
